DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 30 euros in EUROPE.

For other countries the costs vary according to the destination.



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DISPATCH AN ORDER?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

They are delivered in 1/2/ weeks for Europe.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our dispatch centres, from where your item will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is dispatched. You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.

 

MY ORDER NUMBER DOES NOT WORK WHAT CAN I DO ?

You must put the same informations that you used while making the order.


- If you use the phone number you should put the order number (without # ) + the phone number.

- If you use the email address you should put the order number (without #) + the email address.

-If you use both(email address and phone number) you should put the order number (without #) + email address and phone number.

- If you did not put any information, you should put only the order number (without #).


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment is received. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa ,Mastercard and PayPal. Cheques and transfers are not accepted.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?

Absolutely, our shop is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe's secure payment systems.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an enquiry and get back to you within 48 hours.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes, this is completely normal. To reduce your wait as much as possible, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that you are not completely satisfied with.

You must print out the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before you send it back).

The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your expense communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED" GUARANTEE?

You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

IN WHAT CASES WILL I NOT BE REIMBURSED?

  1. If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.
  2. If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
  3. If the returns process has not been respected.
